Why Courage Club?

Courage Club helps children become more confident, capable, and self-aware through structured, real-world experiences rooted in Movement, (Me)ntality, and Mindfulness. In a grounded and encouraging environment, kids build character, resilience, and practical life skills they can use at school, at home, and in everyday relationships. They leave each session stronger, more confident, and better equipped for life.

Join the Courage Club Team

Courage Club was built on a simple belief: kids grow when they are challenged with care, seen for who they are, and guided by adults who lead with both strength and heart. Founder Ryan Kingsberry created Courage Club by bringing together decades of experience in martial arts, special needs programs, Montessori classrooms, and after-school enrichment — all rooted in a movement-based approach to helping kids build confidence, character, and real-world life skills.

We’re looking for instructors who feel called to that kind of work. People with backgrounds in education, youth mentorship, coaching, movement, mindfulness, or child development — but even more importantly, people who know how to show up with calm presence, clear leadership, playfulness, and genuine care. At Courage Club, we’re helping children feel safe, capable, included, and proud of who they are becoming.

If you’re passionate about mentoring kids, creating meaningful group experiences, and being part of something purpose-driven from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we’re building a place where courage, kindness, and confidence are practiced every day — one child, one session, and one small win at a time.
