● Life at Courage Club

Where movement, mindset, and mindfulness come together.

Courage Club Kids delivers Courage Club through small, consistent classes designed to help children build confidence, emotional skills, and resilience over time. Each group follows a clear course structure that balances movement, conversation, reflection, and real-world practice—week by week.

● Courses & Structure

Club Format

Each Courage Club program runs as a short course of 6–8 one-hour, in-person sessions, meeting once per week after school or on weekends. A consistent schedule helps kids feel safe, settled, and confident as they build skills over time.

Small group sizes allow instructors to give individual attention while fostering meaningful connection between participants. This course-based format supports steady growth for kids—and gives families a clear start, end, and sense of progress.

● Inside a Typical Session

Skills in Action

Each Courage Club session follows a familiar, reassuring rhythm so kids know what to expect and feel confident settling in.

  • Movement – Games and playful physical challenges help kids release energy, build coordination, and feel confident in their bodies.

  • (Me)ntality – Guided conversations and activities strengthen mindset, responsibility, effort, and problem-solving skills.

  • Mindfulness – Simple, age-appropriate practices support calm, focus, and emotional awareness.

  • Reflection & Takeaway – Kids leave with one practical idea or tool they can try at home, at school, or with friends.

Our structure is inspired by martial arts and coaching environments—clear, supportive, and encouraging—focused on personal growth rather than competition or pressure.

● How Kids Grows Together

  • Reflection on effort, courage, and progress

  • Group celebration and recognition

Parents may be invited to attend the final session to celebrate each child’s journey.

● Courage Cards & Courage Coins

Turning between-session practice into meaningful growth

Life at Courage Club doesn’t stop when class is over. Between sessions, kids receive Courage Cards—simple, age-appropriate challenges they can try at home or at school. Each card is tied to the week’s theme and invites kids to practice real-life skills in everyday moments, from speaking up to staying focused or helping others.

When a Courage Card is completed, kids earn Courage Coins. They can choose to:

  • Spend their coins right away, or

  • Bank them to grow over time

This system introduces early lessons in:

  • Responsibility and follow-through

  • Choice and delayed gratification

  • Effort-based rewards (not outcomes or perfection)

By practicing between sessions, kids learn that confidence and courage grow through small, consistent actions—both inside and outside Courage Club.
